DESCRIPTION:The 4th Annual Battle for the Paddle Gumbo Cook-off takes place on Saturday\, March 1 at the Beauregard Parish Fairgrounds in DeRidder\, LA.  Under the outdoor pavilion.\n\n \n\nVisit each chef's outdoor kitchen and sample their creations! Anyone can enter from Amateur to Professional for a chance at prizes and bragging rights. Cooking begins at 7:00 until 11:30.
