DESCRIPTION:The 5th Annual Battle for the Paddle Gumbo Cook-off takes place on Saturday\, February 14\, 2026 at the Beauregard Parish Fairgrounds in DeRidder\, LA.  Under the outdoor pavilion.\n\n \n\nVisit each chef's outdoor kitchen and sample their creations! Anyone can enter from Amateur to Professional for a chance at prizes and bragging rights. Cooking begins at 7:00 until 11:30.
