Gates open at 5:00 PM.\n	On Friday\, (June 28) all vendors must be ready by 11:30 A.M. Gates open up at 12:00 P.M.\n	On Saturday\, (June 29) all vendors must be ready by 9:30 A.M. Gates open up at 10:00 A.M.\n\n\n\n*All exhibitors are responsible for his/her own tent\, displays\, stands\, table chairs\, etc. \n\n*Exhibitors must make their own provisions for shade/rain when requesting outdoor space.\n\n*Booth Vendors it is at your discretion to stay "open" past 10:00 p.m. However please keep in mind festival doesn't end until 11:00 p.m. each night.\n\n\n\nGates open this year at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday June 27\, 2024\n\n\n\nwww.beauregardwatermelonfestival.com\n\n***No items of a sexual content permitted.
