DESCRIPTION:Beauregard Watermelon Festival Food Trucks & Food Booth\n\nAll food trucks and tents must be self-contained.  Water is provided to fill tanks.  If additional space outside of your food truck area is needed (ie freezer trailers\, tents etc.) please contact us asap to see if we can accommodate.  If there is a change in your menu\, please let us know as we do not permit duplicates.  \n\nIn order to not over-saturate the festival with food vendors\, we have limited our outside food trucks to only 5. The Food Truck/Tent Fee is $200 for the festival.**We do not allow duplicate menu items.**\n\n\n\nFood Booths are reserved for our local Non Profits.\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nOnce your fee is paid your agreeing to the following terms to be an exhibitor at the Beauregard Watermelon Festival:\n\n1. Only the juried vendor is to occupy the space/sharing or subletting will result in forfeiture of space. \n\n2. The festival reserves the right to reject any inappropriate work or display and to ask any exhibitor to leave who fails to meet the overall standards of the festival. \n\n3. The festival will provide limited 24 hours security\, but cannot assume liability for damage\, loss\, theft of an individual's product. \n\n4. Acceptance: Entry at this exhibit constitutes an automatic waiver of any claim of damages\, loss against sponsors\, any employees or representatives thereof.
