DESCRIPTION:The Beauregard Watermelon Festival is hosted by the Greater Beauregard Chamber of Commerce. We are excited to hold the 20th Annual Beauregard Watermelon Festival on May 8\, 9\, & 10\, at the Beauregard Parish Fairgrounds in DeRidder. \n\n\n\nWe are asking for your support in bringing this family-oriented event to our community this summer. Your onsite participation is encouraged and appreciated. \n\n \nBlack Diamond Sponsorship $2000\n \n\nThe BLACK DIAMOND level of sponsorship entitles sponsor to the top listing in all advertisements top listing in all advertisements in south Louisiana and promotional media done for the festival.  Media type being digital\, television\, social media\, radio\, and newspaper/magazine listings. Your company logo will be on two large stage banners\; a link to your website from the festival website\; unlimited signage (this is an additional promotional opportunity available for your company). Also\, included are 4 festival t-shirts\; 10 weekend admission passes\, one 10' x 10' indoor air-conditioned exhibitors booth space (must be reserved prior to June 1) and as a sponsor of "The Watermelon Eating Contest". You will be one of our featured guest of honor for the opening ceremony of the "Cutting of the Melon" Friday\, May 9th at 12:00 pm.\n\n \n\nJubilee Sponsorship $1500 \n \n\nThe JUBILEE level of sponsorship entitles your company to the following: Company name mentioned in selected radio advertising\; Company logo on all printed advertising\, a link from the festival website to your company website\; Signage on main stage at festival. Your company will also be advertised as a corporate sponsor of the "Seed Spitting Contest". An invitation to the Friday\, May 9th\, opening ceremony of the "Cutting of the Melon" at 12:00 p.m. and 6 weekend festival admission passes and 4 festival t-shirts.\n\n \n\nCrimson Sweet Sponsorship $1000 \n \n\nSponsorship includes logo inclusion in all print advertising\, medium onstage signage\, logo inclusion in all secondary print advertising\, link from festival website\, and signage at the festival.
