Under No Circumstances!!\n\n\n\n*The Festival Committee retains the privilege of changing locations of booths for unavoidable reasons.\n\n	Check in for Outdoor Vendors begins on Thursday\, (May 21\, 2026) from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. \n	On Thursday\, (May 21\, 2026) all vendors must be ready by 4:30 PM. Gates open at 5:00 PM.\n	On Friday\, (May 22\, 2026) all vendors must be ready by 11:30 A.M. Gates open up at 12:00 P.M.\n	On Saturday\, (May 23\, 2026) all vendors must be ready by 9:30 A.M. Gates open up at 10:00 A.M.\n\n\n\n*All exhibitors are responsible for his/her own tent\, displays\, stands\, table chairs\, etc. We do suggest getting a Power Box for electricity.
