VISION STATEMENT
To educate producers and promote the Louisiana cattle industry to increase the demand for beef.
MISSION STATEMENT
To advance the cattle industry in Louisiana.
It all started in 1928, with a handful of concerned Louisiana cattlemen and government officials. The Louisiana Cattlemen's Association organization was formed on the battle line of the cattle tick invasion.
As their numbers grew, Beauregard Parish was inspired to follow suit as did their aspirations about the industry.
